Standard Shipping from Ukraine:

We ship to 220 countries worldwide with Ukrainian postal service as a first carrier. Second carrier will be standard postal service of your country. Delivery time may vary.
Europe  – within 2 weeks
USA – within 2-3 weeks
Australia and New Zealand – within 4 weeks

Express DHL Delivery:

For urgent orders we use DHL Express as the fastest carrier.

Europe  – within 2-3 days
USA – within 3-5 days
Australia and New Zealand – within 4-5 days

All of items we ship from Ukraine. All leather harnesses, clothing, lingerie sets, headgear, all custom orders etc.

Shipping and handling rates are based on weight and quantity of item. Combined shipping works on all items.

Discreet Packaging :

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word “lingerie.” In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course!).

All items are packaged in branded fabric bags. Paper envelopes with protection inside for light weight items and cardboard boxes for others.

Almost all items we make to order. In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 3-5 Business days after your order is placed. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the the location of your shipping address.

Important Note:

All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days.

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on MadElephantShop may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). All order packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number. Please contact us with questions and/or special mailing instructions. Every effort will be made to fulfill special requests.

Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond MadElephantShop`s control – such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.
