We Wants You to Love what you have ordered, But if for some reason you don’t, we will gladly help you return your new and unworn item(s). Please contact us and send item back within 5 days from the date of delivery. Please keep in mind If item is returned in non resalable condition (used, washed, without tag, ripped or torn) – refund will NOT be issued and the item will be returned at the customers expense. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us as soon as possible so we can address and correct any problems.
Measurements and standard sizes: Send us measurements or check size guide here please before placing an order. If item measurements or size information was not sent – we ship standard size. In this case standard size harness can`t be returned. Custom orders can NOT be refunded, as they are specially made.
Return Processing Time: All returns/store credits are processed within 2-3 business days upon arrival to our warehouse. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once a refund or store credit has been issued.
