Processing Time:

Almost all items we make to order. In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 5-7 Business days after your order is placed. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the the location of your shipping address.

Important Note:

All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. 

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on MadElephantShop may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchases and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). All order packages come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number. Please contact us with questions and/or special mailing instructions. Every effort will be made to fulfill special requests.
