Shipping policy

We ship worldwide from Ukraine, except to Russia and Belarus.

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our workshop using Ukrposhta (Ukrainian Postal Service). Once your parcel reaches its destination country, it is handed over to your local postal service for final delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times

Europe: approximately 2 weeks
USA: approximately 2–3 weeks
Australia & New Zealand: approximately 4 weeks

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order. Combined shipping is available for multiple items.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Lightweight items are shipped in protective paper mailers.
Larger items are packed in sturdy cardboard boxes.
Most products are presented in our signature branded fabric bags.

Processing & Delivery

We make every effort to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

We cannot guarantee delivery times in the event of delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, severe weather, postal service disruptions, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or recipient unavailability.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.
