All orders are securely packed and shipped from Ukraine with tracking. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date and may be affected by customs, local carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

Applicable VAT, duties, and import taxes are calculated at checkout where supported. Where they cannot be collected in advance, they may be charged by the destination country.

Eligible standard-size items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

Custom-size or personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
